𤩠Ahah moment of 2025: Using AI Agents to map your Network / Ecosystem!
Read this and you will see the world moving forward completely different
Sunday afternoon, Nov 23, and brainstorming with myself about how I can use the 5000 contacts I have in my personal CRM more effectively.
Imagine this, these are my previous co-workers, the people I met at conferences, meetups, through consulting or whatever. Simply my entire network. As mentioned in the past (see below)
Building Your Ecosystem. My advice: Start Implementing Lifecycle Stages and Lead Status
HubSpot provides a clear, data-driven way to track how people interact with your businessāfrom the first website visit to becoming a lifelong customer. But many teams still confuse Lifecycle Stages, Lead Status, and Deal Stages. This article breaks it all down.
I started to use it to track engagement and how deep I was in a relationship with them. It worked really well, but sth was lacking.
Use case: investor, I didnāt want to manually tag in my CRM that, this person is an investor. It is simply too much work.
So I found a solution, which I developed during my entire 2025 AI development.
I used AI agents to map my ecosystem.

Entrepreneurs are in the middle. Around them at the first level, you have human capital, intellectual capital, financial capital, institutional capital, and physical capital. All of that is called ācultural and network capital.ā
At the second level, you find all the other essentials that make an entrepreneur successful: Accelerators, Incubators, co-working spaces, other entrepreneurial support organizations, large corporations, media, research and advocacy groups, government (local/regional and national), universities, service providers, investors, coaches, advisors, mentors, startup employees, and serial entrepreneurs.
A ECOSYSTEM / NETWORK - MAPPED IN YOUR CRM
Now I wanted to have this in my CRM, having my contact affiliated with their role in the ecosystem.
I used the software https://sellestial.com/ who is a company I worked with all year, to clean my CRM every day (sth I also do with ATLANT 3D - my full-time job). Below is a screenshot of how the agent works. I had to carefully adjust the prompt (it took me 2h to adjust) ; and finally, after some testing, launched it.

The final result is mindblowing.
FINALLY - I CAN HAVE AN OVERVIEW EASILY OF ALL MY VCs IN MY NETWORK
FINALLY - I CAN HAVE AN OVERVIEW OF ALL LARGE STARTUPS RAISING CAPITAL IN MY NETWORK
FINALLY I CAN HAVE AN OVERVIEW OF ALL THE SERVICE PROVIDERS I HAVE IN MY NETWORK.
FInally I can see it all! I just applied filters in my CRM, and VOILA!

Now, here is how I am taking it to the next level. I am now building an agent to filter job function, seniority, industry, and expertise.
Exciting times ahead!
Conclusion:
Why am I doing this? Very simple. Every time I have a request, I can quickly access my network and find out who can help me with sth. OR if I have an offer, sth to give, I can also quickly find the relevant people needing it.
Remember, give first :)
And iāll finish with this:
ā Half of all new ventures are started by teams recruited from foundersā networks. ā - Brad Feld.
Join me next week and Iāll show you other very, very exciting things.
